Tour Cost and Services
All tour costs are quoted nett in US Dollars and subject to change
without notice. Include in the tour prices are transfers &
sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicle, accommodation (Twin-shared
basis), all meals as mentioned in each itinerary, accompanied by
English-speaking guide throughout, entrance fees, domestic airfares and
services as shown in each itinerary. Not included in the tour prices are
international air tickets, visa fees, airport tax, all insurance, other
tours & meals than mentioned in the program and expenditure of
personal nature such as drinks, souvenirs, gratuity, laundry, phone, fax
and e-mails etc... .
Guides Services
All the land arrangements are accompanied by local English speaking
guides. Cost of services for other language guides accompanying
throughout will be of additional charges.
Payment
A deposit of US Dollars 50% (Per Person) is required within one
month after confirmation by bank remittance to:

Services shall not be provided unless remittance reaches us prior to the arrival of the clients. Cash on arrival is acceptable only when payment cannot be made in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written notice is received. Cancellation fees are as follows:

Refund
After commencement of trip, no refund in part nor in full will be given for services included in the itinerary which are not utilized by the clients.
Responsibility
Myanmar Focus Tour acts only as the agent for the passengers traveling whether by rail-road, motor-coach, boat, airplane or any other means of transport and assumes
no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside tour programs. It can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike or other causes beyond its control. Participation in the tour implies the tourists' agreement to the above conditions.
Myanmar Focus Tour also reserves the right to modify or reverse the original itinerary in the interest of the clients. It may substitute flights with train or coach services when deemed necessary due to circumstances unforeseen or beyond its control. However, it will always make full endeavors to keep up the original itinerary and arrangement.
